Ishanka Madurasinghe won the crown at Miss Sri Lanka for Miss Universe 2010 held at the Hilton Grand Ballroom on July 4 ,2010. Ishara Abeywickrama and Ornella Gunesekere were 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up respectively.
